To be successful and thrive in this role you must ✔️: • You have been working as a UX Designer for 2+ years. • You have expertise in core UX disciplines such as user research, concept development, interaction design, and usability testing. • You have experience of collaborating with developers to ensure successful implementation of the design. • You are good at communicating and like to share knowledge with others. • We think that you have an academic degree in Product Design, Interaction Design or similar. The following is nice to have but it is not required so do not hesitate to apply ➕: • Previous experience of working with responsive and adaptive design, as well as information architecture • You are used to working with complex software products in an agile way; for example using Scrum, Kanban or SAFe. • Experience of front end development is a plus, as well as graphic design. • Previous experience from working with products that include both hardware and software, for instance within industrial automation or another high-tech business.
A major emphasis will be put on your personal characteristics.
