Inside Sales Coordinator

About this position
As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our Sales and Marketing department, collaborating with colleagues worldwide. You will play a crucial role in our company’s operations, becoming a key member of a talented sales team dedicated to developing our global customer base.
You will be working with:
- Support Global Sales Manager: Collect data and provide reports to assist in strategic decisions-making;
- Quotation and Contract Management: Assist Sales Teams in preparing quotations, managing contracts and other sales-related documents;
- Meeting Coordination: Facilitate decision-making and prioritization processes by coordinating meetings and preparing agendas;
- Customer Management: Maintain continuous communication and follow-ups to nurture customer relationships;
- Material Planning: Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain team to manage material planning for orders;
- Sales Support: Provide support to Sales Teams on various customer-related matters, including sales optimization and target achievements;
- Sales Tools: Maintain and improve templates used by the Sales Team.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Verbal and written skills in English and Swedish;
- 2-3 years of experience of working with administrative sales support or similar coordinating role;
- Proficient skills in MS Office.
Meritorious:
- Additional language competence;
- Experience from AGV technical field work;
- Experience from software industry;
- Experience with Salesforce, Oracle and Power BI.
