We are looking for multiple Software Engineers to be part of our dynamic teams that are passionate about making a difference in the world of AGVs and AMRs.  

Position Overview  

As our Software Engineers, you will be part of our Engineering department, along with other 60+ engineers working within embedded systems, system software as well as windows applications and web services.  

We pride ourselves on developing our mobile robot platform collaboratively, empowering our partners to design, install, and operate AGV and AMR systems with ease. • Design of System Application: Develop and maintain the tools used to design and configure the behaviour of mobile robots and guiding the users in creating high performing AGV and AMR systems. These teams are all about making software tools with a great user experience and be able to find creative ways to solve complex user needs in a challenging and exciting domain. If you are driven by software development and system design, these teams will provide a challenging and rewarding environment. Main tech stack: .NET, C#, C++.

• Fleet Management: Engineer and optimize advanced, scalable solutions that ensure optimal performance of our vehicle systems. This team is dedicated to developing and maintaining fleet control and traffic management systems. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies, we create robust systems that can handle the complexities of managing large fleets of autonomous vehicles. If you excel at advanced algorithms, solving complex logistical challenges, and developing efficient, scalable systems, this team offers a rewarding opportunity. Main tech stack: C#. 

• Vehicle Controlling: Focus on the core technologies that enable our vehicles to navigate and operate autonomously. This team works on vehicle motion control, sensors, and localization. You will be involved in developing sophisticated control algorithms, integrating advanced sensor technologies, and ensuring precise vehicle localization. If you have a passion for embedded software, robotics, and real-time control systems, you will find this team both intellectually stimulating and professionally fulfilling. Main tech stack: C++, Python, React, and Linux.

• System Commissioning: Support System Commissioning by developing and maintaining the tool that enables our partners to install and calibrate AGV and AMR systems at their customer sites. This team focuses on creating and refining our web & cloud tool, including environment validation, vehicle calibration, drive path validation, and pallet positioning. By providing this precise and reliable tool, you will empower our partners to optimize the performance and reliability of AGV & AMR systems. If you are passionate about cloud technology and software development, this team offers a compelling opportunity. Main tech stack: .NET, React, and Azure.

• Operation & Visualization: Innovate and sustain the software that our end customers use to operate and monitor AGV and AMR systems. This team focuses on tools for real-time operation and visualization, enabling customers to see vehicle locations, statistics, diagnostics, and performance. Striving to create intuitive and powerful interfaces, we enhance user experience and operational efficiency. If you are passionate about automation, data visualization, and creating user-friendly interfaces, this team will offer both professional challenges and rewards. Main tech stack: .NET, React, and Azure. 

What does success look like in this position:

• High Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets requirements and best practices;
• Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation, facilitating smooth onboarding and knowledge transfer;
• Proactive Bug Fixes: Identify and fix bugs promptly to maintain software reliability and performance;
• Maintenance of existing software: Update and optimize the software to ensure it remains efficient, secure, and compatible with new technologies
• Effective Cross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet user needs;
• Timely Delivery: Consistently meet deadlines, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on schedule.

To achieve the mission and success of these position, we believe you already have:

• Educational background in Computer science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent;
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
• Strong collaboration and communication skills;
• Ability to anticipate, address, and solve complex problems;
• Commitment to high standards and continuous quality improvement;
• Drive to challenge the status quo to create breakthrough innovations;
• Flexibility and adaptability in changing circumstances.
