We are looking for a Content writer to be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about making a difference in the world of AGVs and AMRs.

Position overview

As a Content writer, you will be responsible for technical documentation in one of our engineering teams. Our engineering department consists of 70+ engineers working within embedded systems, system software as well as windows applications and web services.

We work in Agile using SAFe, which means that you will participate in the team’s daily stand-up meetings, sprint plannings, and demos. In parallel you will also be a part of the content writing community of practice (content writing CoP) with the other Content writers.

The purpose of this position is to create future-proof customer documentation, such as product descriptions and installation manuals, by close collaboration with our agile teams.

What does success look like in this position:

• Clear and user-friendly documentation: Ability to translate complex information into clear and user-friendly documentation.

• Effective cross-functional teamwork: Collaborate closely with agile teams including product owners to create both internal and external documentation. Assist other teams in writing, proofreading, and improving existing documentation.

• Implementation of a future-proof documentation: Ability to structure information and preparing it for reuse.

• Improved information architecture: Create and maintain an information architecture for our current product offering and prepare for upcoming documentation work.

• Improved documentation and product functionality: Use feedback from our customers to improve the way we work with documentation.

To achieve the mission and success of this position, we believe you already have:

• BSC or a higher degree in IT, computer science, communications, or engineering 
• 3-5 years of experience in creating documentation for complex technical systems.
• Proficiency in using authoring tools and version control software such as MadCap Flare and GitLab.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, in the technology sector such as IT or the automotive industry.
• A high level of proficiency in English.
• Great attention to details and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
