For the fifth year in a row, we held our Day of Caring event last Friday in collaboration with Städa Sverige - Idrottens miljöorganisation. A day that means more than just cleaning up beaches; it is a day to come together and be out in nature to do something good for the environment.

We found a variety of trash including plastic bottles, plastic bags, ropes, and tires – surprisingly even a pair of Crocs. Who wants to throw away a pair of Crocs, right?

 

It was a fun day since we were in different locations – Grötö, Amundön, Välen, Hovås, Billdal, Smarholmen and Stavder Camping Stråvalla. Since we were spread out, we were able to come closer and build a stronger connection across different teams and departments. Legs were tired but a total of 118 garbage bags were full, and we got a lot of energy after the day. We felt like we truly made a difference.
