Investing in our culture means investing in our future. That is exactly why we are committed to creating a positive workplace where our employees feel valued and connected.
To help us succeed, we have a dedicated group of six employees who regularly arrange different cultural activities that boost productivity and creativity among our colleagues here at Kollmorgen. We call this group "Trivselgruppen", and one of the group members is Isa Areschoug, Junior Software Engineer.
" The goal of these activities is to add fun to everyday life, foster a sense of community, and get to know each other in a different context. "
When she isn't busy creating Friday's quiz or planning for an upcoming event, Isa spends her days programming. Today, she's been part of our team for almost two years, and according to Isa, one of the best parts of being an employee at Kollmorgen is taking part in the wealth of knowledge inside our company's walls.
" Working alongside experienced colleagues who have been with the company for many years is an excellent way for me to grow and learn in my profession. I also appreciate that Kollmorgen is dedicated to investing in our culture and to creating space for us to arrange different activities that strengthen our culture even further. "
Trivselgruppen has organized various events over the years, including a memorable housewarming party with a space theme. Isa, who helped arrange the party, was proud to hear it was one of the best events ever at Kollmorgen.
" The first event I arranged with my colleagues was our housewarming party to celebrate that we had moved into our new building. The theme was outer space, and everyone was very excited about the party. After the event, a colleague told me it was the best we had ever had at Kollmorgen, which made me very happy."
