In the realm of innovation, our Tools team, Deep Purple, thrives on close collaboration, a solution-driven mindset, and an unwavering commitment to meeting our customers' needs. This dedication propels the team forward as they tackle new challenges in crafting tools for the design and management of our Automated Guided Vehicles. Mathias, a Senior Developer and Scrum master, is a key member of the team.  "Working closely with our customers is the highlight of my job. Collaborating with them to solve challenges and spark new ideas is incredibly fulfilling. The valuable feedback we receive adds depth to all the work we do, from bug fixes to new features or design improvements, " shares Mathias. 

In Mathias' cross-functional team, the focus revolves around two new web-based products designed to provide optimized and user-friendly tools. Working with new products also involves using cutting-edge technology. In this team's case, it includes .Net Core in the backend and React in the frontend, hosted on Microsoft Azure.  

"We are responsible for the entire chain, from development and maintenance to hosting. Our work involves hypotheses around functionality, evaluating them with customers, gathering input, and refining development accordingly. In summary, our approach is highly customer-driven with effective development cycles," continues Mathias. 

Mathias has been part of Kollmorgen for almost four years, yet every day offers him new knowledge and inspiring insights. Since the team's products are new to the market, they present numerous challenges and expectations for the future.
