Lunchtalk with Chalmers Women's Association!
Yesterday we had a Lunchtalk-event for Chalmers Women’s Associations (CWA) members!
Tobias, our CEO, talked about Kollmorgen and how we work with equality and diversity. That was followed by inspirational employee stories by Johanna Turesson, Milica Bijelovic, Cecilia Boström and Josefine Stangnes. They talked about their journeys from school to work at Kollmorgen as well as topics including prejudices against being an engineer vs. what it really is like, differences between studying and working and being a woman and a minority within the tech industry.
51 members joined and I recently got great feedback from our contact person at CWA about the event:
“We have received a great response from our CWA members who reach out to me after the event! Many people seemed to like that most of the focus was on the personal stories! So cool !!! 😍”
Thank you all who contributed to this event – you are great!
