Let us introduce you to two of our shining stars, Marcus Berg and Oscar Almström. Just two years ago, they were in the same position as you are now, students on the hunt for the perfect career opportunity. Fast forward to today, and they are thriving members of the Kollmorgen team. We asked them about their first impressions of Kollmorgen as an employer and their journey from attending the career fair to becoming an integral part of our company. 

Marcus shared his initial thoughts, "I hadn't heard much about Kollmorgen before we met at the ZMART fair. But when we started talking, it sounded like we would be a good fit since I was looking for an opportunity to leverage my knowledge in control systems and automated trucks. I also found it interesting that the people at Kollmorgen handle everything from software to hardware. I thought it sounded inspiring to be part of the whole process, from an idea to a product and see the value it brings to the customers." 

Oscar added, "My first impression was that they were very welcoming and inclusive. At the time, I was looking for a summer internship where I could develop my skills in software development and heard that Kollmorgen had an open position that aligned well with my aspirations. I applied for the position and got it. Later on, I started working part-time at Kollmorgen during my studies, and today I'm a full-time Software Engineer here."
